In the 4th quarter of 2019 NBM Group of Companies completed construction of a new warehouse.
Need for changes in storage technology is due to growth of the company’s turnover. Commissioning of a new warehouse is aimed at increasing efficiency of organizational activities and technological processes. Implementation of changes in warehouse technologies will improve controllability of warehouse processes and orders execution quality level.
As part of projecting and implementation of changes, the following activities were carried out:
- Determination of the optimal location of the warehouse complex.
- Purchase of up-to-date reliable equipment.
- Efficient disposition of components in the warehouse.
- Rational organization of labor time.
Such approach will ensure smooth operation of production as well as minimizing time of operations. Opening of the new warehouse was timed to coincide with the Group of Companies’ Day.
