On September 29, the opening of a new production site of T-ARM LLC took place. The event was attended by more than 30 large oil and gas companies, including subsidiaries of Gazprom, Rosneft, etc., EPC contractors, as well as foreign partners of the NBM Group.
First Deputy Governor of the Novgorod Region Evgeny Bogdanov took part in the opening ceremony: “It is important for us that new jobs are created, that this is an investment in the Novgorod region, but such a component as export is also important. The Chairman of the Government and we had a wish that the products supplied by both the region and the Russian Federation would be more high-tech - these are precisely the products produced by the group of the companies.”
“Today we are opening the first stage of the site. In Veliky Novgorod, similar production facilities have not been put into operation since 1985. And if we talk about the technical characteristics, weight, and overall parameters of products, then there have never been similar production facilities in our city. For example, the maximum lifting capacity of the crane beam is 25 tons; high-tech shut-off and control valves over DN600 will be manufactured there. The products of our group of companies are successfully used and have received a worthy assessment at more than 130 enterprises of the Customs Union. We have entered the international market. The commissioning of this plant will help to maximally satisfy the needs of our customers and will contribute to the development of industry in the region and the country,” said Mikhail Kartashov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of Companies.
Alexey Belousov, director of Energomash JSC: “This is only a third part of the buildings that will be built. Several more production complexes will be built nearby; we hope to implement these projects in the nearest future.”

Following the policy of import substitution and development of its own technologies, NBM Group of Companies is actively expanding its own production, focusing on the development of design solutions and increasing production capacity.
It is important to note that the enterprise was built with its own funds. The volume of investments at the first stage amounted to 400 million rubles. The investment project also involves the second and third stages, including the reconstruction of an empty old building and increasing the area of the new building in three times. The final production area will be 8,000 square meters, which will make possible to implement the concept of a single assembly and testing production facility, equipped with all the necessary equipment for the manufacture of high-tech products.
